Reminder…Saving Your Files

Use the following naming convention for all files that you save:

File naming convention: class/period/lastname/first initial/-filename/date

For example: CSA2-1AdamsA-BR101207 for a bell ringer completed on October 12, 2007. See me, if you do not understand this example. Rename files that are incorrectly named in your online folders.

Daily Log Sheets/Bell Ringer SheetsYou must update your Daily Log Form and your Bell Ringer Sheet each day. Failure to do so WILL reduce your grade.

Reminder…Bell Ringers/Bell Ringer Sheet

Every day, write the instructions for the bell ringer on the Bell Ringer Sheet.
Beginning Week 6, you may record the daily bell ringer answer directly on the Bell Ringer Sheet. You do not have to save it as a separate file, until requested to do so. Samples are posted.WEEK 7 & 8 - PREVIEW

2-pocket folder/notebook paper/dividers - All work must be printed and placed in your folder. Separate the sections using dividers.

spiral notebook - Place all notes (handwritten and/or typed) in your 2-pocket folder in chronological (date) order. Put the most current notes first.
